DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY- A 1 Night's room + tax deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is refundable should you cancel before the reservation's cancellation date. If your reservation is cancelled after the cancellation date, there is a penalty of one night's room and tax. For stays in November thru March a 72-hour cancellation applies. For stays April thru October a 14-day cancellation applies.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time 4:00 pm Check-out time 11:00 am. Late check-out and early check- in can be requested, but not guaranteed. A $50 per hour fee for a late check out and a $100 fee for an early check-in will apply. Early check in fees are valid April to November. Please contact the front desk the day of arrival for availability. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. A valid photo ID is required. PARKING Parking is available on the surrounding streets of the hotel, based on availability. Valet Parking is available for $40 per night Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

RESORT FEE A $50 per night resort fee will be applied to each reservation Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The Resort Fee includes: In Room Wi-Fi, Fitness Center access, 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels, 2 beach passes, wellness classes, and access to the rooftop pool.
