Note: A charge of 9% of the total food and beverage revenue will be added, which will be provided to wait staff employees, or bartenders. Only employees employed by the hotel received the charge. Temporary staffing agency employees working banquet funchtions will not receive any portion of the charge. An administrative charge of 14% of the total food and beverage revenue and applicable taxes will be added. This administrative charge is retained by the Hotel for the administration of the banquet and will not be distributed as a tip, gratuity or charge for any employee and is not the property of the employee(s). All miscellaneous charges are subject to a 23% administrative charge and applicable taxes will be added.
